Upgrading Your Account
You may Upgrade TekScope at any time by paying the appropriate amount, prorated to the remainder of your current term. Upgrading will not extend or change your plan. Upon renewal, you will be billed for the full price of each upgrade at current prices. To upgrade your account, go to your account page and click on change subscription. Here you can select which premium packages you want to add to your subscription. Check the boxes for the packages you want and click Confirm Changes.
Downgrading Your Account
No refunds or credits will be given for unused, partial month, or months of service that result from downgrading plans. Downgrading your plan may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. To downgrade your account, go to your account page and click on change subscription. Uncheck the boxes for the packages you no longer want and click Confirm Changes.
