You may run into issues when trying to download TekScope, depending on your company's IT restrictions. The following are some basic troubleshooting tips to help diagnose your issue.
Test Your Connectivity
You can use the below link to check if your firewall blocks access to TekScope or Authentication. When you go to this link if you are able to connect to both services the status shows as Good. If you do not see a Good status or cannot access this webpage, this may be an issue with your company's firewall and you will need to work with your local IT to get permissions to access TekCloud.
If you get an error that you have reached your limit on Host IDs, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to identify which Host ID is no longer in use and can be cleared by the support team. This can be used for laptop changes or version updates.
